Ring Gauge Size Chart for Cigars
home>personalized cigar bands & gum cigars>
We must have either the ring gauge size or the circumference of your cigars to be able to print your order.
Use the chart below as a guide but please keep in mind that the circle sizes may not be actual size depending on your own monitor settings. It's best not to hold your cigar up to this chart in order to determine ring gauge size.

HOW TO FIGURE THE CIRCUMFERENCE OF YOUR CIGARS IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE RING GAUGE SIZE: It's very easy! Just take a small strip of paper, wrap it around the cigar, then mark it right at the overlap point. Please do not add any extra for the overlap of the band - we add 1/4" to the length you provide us for that purpose. Flatten the strip back out and measure the distance you have marked off with a ruler. Just send the measurement along to us. Simple! |
Have cigars that come in cigar tubes you'd like to apply your bands to? No problem! Measure the circumference of the tube instead of the cigar.
The samples shown on our cigar band pages
are designed for larger-sized cigars
(ring gauge size of 50 and above).
We may have to adjust the layout & text size for your bands if you are
using a smaller-sized cigar, especially for a ring gauge size of 42 or
less.
